Cerakote is a brand name for a high protection, polymer-ceramic composite coating. Cerakote can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood.

Polymer-ceramic coatings (shortened to ‘ceramic coatings’) give increased strength and durability, with heightened resistance to abrasion and corrosion. 
 This makes them the perfect coating for motorcycle parts, for car modifications and for firearms. Its wider use has almost infinite applications including tools and tool boxes, stair rails, engineering components, optics and more.
